01 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 25bet platform and all related services ("Services"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using the Services in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
25bet is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket, football, slots, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and transactions are processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
25bet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.
These Terms apply to personal and recreational use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
02 Eligibility & Registration
Age Requirement & Eligibility
To open an account and use 25bet's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration or use of an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
During registration you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. This policy exists to prevent misuse of bonus benefits.
- Each phone number and email address may be linked to one account only.
- If multiple family members wish to play from the same device, the support team must be informed in advance.
- A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time for identity verification.
Account Verification
25bet may carry out an identity verification process for large withdrawals or for security reasons. Withdrawals may be delayed until this process is completed.
03 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out on your account by any third party.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 25bet support team immediately. 25bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.
- Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Do not share your account details with anyone.
- If you log in on a public or shared device, log out immediately after use.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at 25bet is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). Deposits are accepted through these methods only.
When making a deposit, use the correct amount and reference number. If incorrect information is provided, the deposit may be delayed or cancelled and 25bet will not be liable.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, they may be delayed due to identity verification or a security review.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
- Avoid submitting multiple withdrawal requests at the same time.
To make a withdrawal, the account balance must be equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- If the bonus is declined before the wagering requirements are met, the deposited amount may be withdrawable, but the bonus will be forfeited.
- Wagering requirements may include conditions on minimum odds or specific game types — see the bonus offer details.
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
General Bonus Policy
All bonuses are for personal use — attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse. 25bet reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
06 Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless the event is cancelled or postponed. 25bet is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
Sports Betting
When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, please read the market terms carefully. The decisions of the relevant international bodies (ICC, FIFA, etc.) are considered final for determining results.
Casino Games
All casino games — slots, live table games, and others — are operated according to the rules of each individual game provider. General information about each game's RTP (Return to Player) and other parameters is available in the game lobby.
25bet reserves the right to void incorrect results or payouts displayed due to a technical error, and settlement will be made according to the actual result.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Abusing bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform through hacking, malware, or any automated software.
- Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Misusing software or strategies to influence game outcomes.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.
- Betting on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
If any of the above activities are suspected, 25bet will immediately suspend the account and conduct an investigation. 25bet reserves the right to take legal action if irregularities are proven during the investigation.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before closure. Any active bonuses will be cancelled at the time of closure.
Closure by 25bet
25bet reserves the right to close any account due to a breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, account inactivity, or regulatory reasons. In such cases the user will be notified by email.
- If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
- To reactivate an inactive account, contact the support team.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the 25bet platform — logos, brand names, graphics, software, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of 25bet. Copying, distributing, or using them commercially without prior written permission is prohibited.
Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is the intellectual property of the respective companies and is governed by their own licensing agreements.
10 Limitation of Liability
25bet is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures. However, 25bet always makes every effort to ensure platform stability and security.
Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. You are knowingly accepting this risk, and 25bet is not liable for any financial losses arising from your gaming.
Although SSL encryption and other security measures are used, no platform can guarantee 100% cybersecurity. Please take personal precautions.
11 Privacy
How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in 25bet's Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you are also considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.
Your information may be shared with relevant authorities if required by legal obligation or for a security investigation. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute is not resolved with the support team, it will be escalated to the relevant authority. 25bet has the right to issue a final decision — however, no decision is made without a fair investigation.

14 Changes to Terms
25bet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you automatically accept the updated Terms. You are therefore requested to review this page regularly.
